Description
Withania Somifera is a perennial shrub growing 35–75 cm tall. Tomentose branches extend radially from a central stem. Leaves are dull green, elliptic, usually up to 10–12 cm long. It is native to Asia and Africa. Also called “Indian ginseng,” it’s been used in traditional Indian medicine for thousands of years.
